Personal Expert Roof Inspection
I will walk your roof to inspect it and decide what roof cleaning method is best for your property. I do not use satellite pictures or drones for my estimates. I have to be up on the roof myself and get a first-hand look.
In some cases, roof cleaning may not be needed, only some maintenance. I am honest in my estimations and will not try to sell you services that you do not need.
I look for failed flashings, damaged vents, and wear and tear problems that will need to be repaired before any roof cleaning takes place.
Roof Disk cleaning is our number one cleaning method. However, I sometimes use hand-cleaning on sun-facing surfaces.
If I have cleaned your roof, I offer a roof maintenance program to minimize the return of moss to help prevent the need to clean your roof again.
Gutter cleaning and roof debris
Cleaning gutters and loose roof debris is important to minimize moss growth and water damage from overflowing gutters.
Gutters that get jammed up with debris can overflow causing the water to build up around your house foundation. By what is called “static water pressure,” water can seep into your crawl space and make its way through your foundation and into basements.
Cleaning cement driveways and sidewalks
While roof cleaning requires equipment that will not damage roofs, I also have more aggressive cleaning disks that can clean cement surfaces like driveways and sidewalks.
